Although we tend to price projects on a case by case basis, this is a guide to the services and project packages we offer to our clients.
BRAINSTORMING
In this phase you’ll have a complete consultation.
first we’ll inquire needs and ideas of your desired space and afterwards our experts we’ll give you the best suggestions according to the mentioned needs and our knowledges.
DESIGNING
Our team designs all the suggestions and ideas approved by you in the consultation session and delivers them in 3D files.
The RERUN Architecture team leaves nothing to chance. We conduct an exhaustive process of documentation, working closely with all required design consultants to ensure their design is captured and fully coordinated. We develop drawings, schedules and specifications to detail and nominate all materials, fixtures, fittings and furniture (if required). These selections are carefully planned with each client to ensure a consistent and well-resolved aesthetic with proven longevity and quality. Continual updating of the 3D design ensures the client can easily understand each decision in context.
CONTRACT ADMINSTRATION
Contract administration is where we offer a full-services scope, managing the contract as an agent. We formally respond to the builder’s requests for information, assess site progress and provide certificates approving progress claims. We attend the site as required, answer questions and resolve issues to ensure the builder delivers the project exactly as per the design intent. This form of engagement provides the best level of quality and is highly recommended.
